I am so lucky to have lots of albums from my childhood. Little moments that I never would’ve thought important at the time have become priceless memories for me now. Can we bring pets? Absolutely! Our fur-babies are an important part of our families, and I think they should ALWAYS be included in photoshoots!⁠; How far are you willing to travel for a family session? For family sessions, I typically accept shoots within the Greater Vancouver area, up until Langley or the North Shore.; I want to have these photos ready in time for a special occasion (Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas, Hannukah, etc.) For special occasions, I recommend booking your session at least three (3) months in advance to make sure there's enough editing and printing time.; What's the best time of day for a family photoshoot? For outdoor sessions, I always recommend either 1-2 hours after sunrise or 1-2 hours before sunset. In-home family sessions can be scheduled for any time of day.

7 days before the shoot date & time: 100% refund Between 7 days and 24 hours before the shoot date & time: 50% refund Less than 24 hours before the shoot date & time: no refund Booking is considered cancelled when the client messages the photographer in writing Shoot may be extended with mutual consent. The possibility of an extended shoot should be discussed beforehand. The hourly package rate will apply. Reshoots can be arranged at a cost of 50% of the hourly package rate. Photographer retains copyright over the Photographic Work and is able to use it for self-promotion. The client may make unlimited reproductions of the Photographic Work for family and friends both online and offline. Photoshoots will typically take place rain or shine. For outdoor shoots, an agreed alternate location may be planned in advance. Shoots will only be cancelled and a full refund given in the most extreme circumstances. If the shoot can be rescheduled there will be no additional fees for the customer. Payment in full at the time of booking. Payments may be made by credit card upon receiving an invoice.

My question is, how can I photograph you in a way that preserves the warm, loving feeling of your incredible family? How can I translate your unscripted moments into heirloom photographs that you and your future generations can come back to for years, decades and even centuries to come? It is from this place of inspiration that I approach each family session. My approach to photography is a delicate balance of organic emotion paired with gentle direction. With me, you’ll never be left wondering what to do with your -insert body part here- hands, feet, belly button...baby toe? With me, you can both embrace your inner weirdo and let loose, because what’s the point of photographs if they don’t show the real you? All I need from you is a little bit of faith and a promise that you’ll keep an open mind and heart throughout this process. Oh, and that you come well-fed because not everyone can pull off the hangry look in their photos! Family sessions are by far the most candidly photographed shoots I do! It's all about chasing those little kiddos around and having fun. Don't stress about looking like "the perfect family". Be yourselves and own it. You are going to love these photos. This session will take us to your favorite spot at sunset or sunrise for an hour of shooting time. Some of my favourite spots to shoot these sessions are on beaches, in fields, and on top of mountains. In home sessions can also be amazing! Within 2-3 weeks of the shoot, your 40 chosen photos will be delivered to you via an online gallery, along with a 11x14 professional print, and the option to purchase an 8x8 inch, 20 page album for an additional $250.
