Policies
7 days before the shoot date & time: 100% refundBetween 7 days and 24 hours before the shoot date & time: 50% refundLess than 24 hours before the shoot date & time: no refundBooking is considered cancelled when the client messages the photographer in writing Shoot may be extended with mutual consent. The possibility of an extended shoot should be discussed beforehand. The hourly package rate will apply.Reshoots can be arranged at a cost of 50% of the hourly package rate. Photographer retains copyright over the Photographic Work and is able to use it for self-promotion. The client may make unlimited reproductions of the Photographic Work for family and friends both online and offline. Photoshoots will typically take place rain or shine. For outdoor shoots, an agreed alternate location may be planned in advance, but not guaranteed..Shoots will only be cancelled and a full refund given in the most extreme circumstances. If the shoot can be rescheduled there will be no additional fees for the customer. Travel coverage for Greater Victoria, Sooke, Port Renfrew, and the Cowichan Valley. Additional travel expense may be applicable for other locations – please inquire. Additional hours are charged at $200.00/hr. 50% deposit at the time of booking, 50% remainder due 7 days after the photoshoot. Payments may be made by credit card upon receiving an invoice.
Rob seeks to authentically capture any couple's special day, with a focus on the natural movements and genuine moments, using gentle posing to coax out natural chemistry, rather than an ultra-composed, rigid editorial style shoot. From extravagant farmyard dream weddings, to intimate beach elopements, Rob is ready to work with any vibe. From moving like an apparition unnoticed in the background to directing family members on the forefront, Rob desires to capture images that will be timelessly enjoyed. If you are looking for a full day wedding package, it means you want to capture as many special moments as possible...which this package is perfect for. By the end of the day, I will have over 400 photos of your wedding day to send you later on. That's so many that you could spend another 12 hours just looking at all of them! My full day wedding package is for those people who don't want extremely edited and enhanced photos. What you want is the real deal. You want the pictures where you look like you so you can easily recall that memory. You want real images taken in an artistic, documentary style of before, during, and after the ceremony. Just because the wedding ceremony is over, doesn't mean the happiness and love stops. You want to be able to look at those photos --the laughs and smiles shared with family and friends-- just as much as the actual ceremony itself. That's why you want the full day package, and that is who it is for.

Extended Wedding (Includes Engagement Session)

This 10 hour package allows me to document your wedding, start to finish. I'll capture your pre-wedding activities, ceremony, and reception while you sit back, relax and enjoy your big day. I am comfortable shooting your wedding myself, however, if you prefer to have a second shooter I can arrange one for $100 per hour. This session typically yields approximately 600-800 photos which will be edited, enhanced, and delivered to you via an online gallery within 4-6 weeks of your wedding date.
